    I bought a vehicle (06 ***** Civic Sedan) from Gigante Motors *** on 02/14/2024 with 138k miles on it. It has then been giving me problems with the engine. It was brought to the owners attention my concerns about the vehicle not working properly more than 6 times since the date that I bought it and they do nothing to fix the vehicle. the entire vehicle vibrates as soon as I hit the gas, makes a rattle noise when Im hitting the gas too. The vehicle would not turn on more than once occasion, having the replace the battery back in early March. I am needing to invest for in the car for repair that should not be necessary. I have told the business to let me exchange the car, at first owner allowed me, but then said that they could not help me out. they state that they are doing everything that they can to help me resolve this issue, but owner just keeps telling me that they will look into it. the vehicle is currently at the dealership to repair the rattle noise that it makes. I have had to go twice to inspect the vehicle to see if the rattle noise continues and it does. I have told the owner to keep the vehicle until its fully repaired, but this business is completely wasting my time. I would still like to exchange the vehicle if I am unable to get my money back. I prefer to take my business else where, but get the most of my money back since the car is completely a junk car with all the problems that I was left with. If I could please get help with this problem I would greatly appreciate it. I currently do not have a car because of this issue.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I bought the car on February 14, 2024. The car was making a noise on the right side since before I took it out of the dealership. I never took a mechanic to have it checked out. I took the car even though it did not have the headlight on the right side of vehicle. The automatic window system did not open properly. I notified ****************** that the gas cap would not open and I had to open it from the trunk. I also notified ****************** that the vehicle was not working properly and had a strange sound, which he noted and he said that the noise was normal. I ended up taking the car because he thought that the car was fine. On May 24,2024 after the coils were changed, which I bought with my own money, I took the 8 coils to the dealership to have them changed and it came out to $97.64. I did not have a vehicle from May 7 to May 24. The steering wheel still vibrates and it is not aligned properly, which they were also notified. We went for a test drive to check if the problem was resolved and I told ****************** that the problem continues, his brother became very rude and stated that he no longer wants to waste their time as well as mine, and wants me to give them $1,500 to buy a completely new vehicle from them, take out a different loan and that I would no longer have the loan from the '06 ***** Civic Hybrid. In conclusion, I no longer wish to continue having business with "Gigante Motors Dealer". I want to take the car back, not have a loan with this dealership and get my money back. I am not satisfied with their business.
