      On 11/11/2022 we sent 3 boxes to *************** estimated delivery was 5 weeks. As of June 2nd the boxes have not been delivered. In this time 2 of the recipients have passed away with out getting gifts sent in good faith. We have received many of excuses last being the delivery agent was Ill so turned around. Pls help us resolve this.

      On November 2nd, 2022, T-Bar International came to my house to pick up 2 Balikbayan boxes to ship to ***********. I received an invoice that is attached. I was told it would ship on November 18th and then *********** weeks to deliver. To date the packages have still not been delivered. Starting in the 10th week on January 27th I started to attempt to contact T-Bar at all of the listed contact information locations to get an update on my shipment and so far I have been unable to reach them and have not received a call back. When I call the main number ************ it goes to a voicemail that says to call ************. When I call ************ it goes directly to a voicemail and says the mailbox is full so does not allow me to leave a message. I also tried to email them at ************ but I get a return email that says the mailbox is full and my email was not delivered. I also tried to call all of the phone numbers listed for *************** on the invoice but no one answers. I am fearful at this point that they have not sent my package. It is poor business practices to have all of your contact information have full mailboxes, so I can only imagine I am not the only one having this issue. I tried to research 15 *********************************** in ********** ** but it looks like a residential address. 506 ******* in ****** ** appears to be abandoned. I only want someone from the company to actually call me back and give me an update on my package. Then I would think to be A+ certified they should have a phone number that actually works in the future.
