    My room was full of bed bugs.. and when I went to tell the manager. He didnt care. My son is full of bites all over his body and face. He wouldnt give me my money back or give me another room. They just dont care that my room was full of bed bugs

    I paid $1084.43 on December 4,2023 for my hotel expenses for December 15,2023 until January 1,2024. Before authorization I asked if I checked out prior to January 1st would I get a refund and the answer was YES. I checked out on December 21st and the front desk clerk named ******* told me I will get a refund of ****** within 10days. Ive called several times and they keep telling me the refund was issued. Now they are not responding to my emails or calls.

    I booked a room at the red roof inn about a month ago. When I entered the room there was a strong smell of bleach and the room was very dirty. There was broken lamps, the walls were covered in dirt, the bathtub had several large paint chips coming off, the bed was full of dirt and human hair (I have several pictures) and the floor had not been vacuumed. I explained the issues to the front desk and stated I did not want to stay there. The receptionist told me I would have to contact Booking.com for a refund. Booking.con attempted to get a refund and they were denied. I contacted the hotel several times including email to the hotel manager and was never gotten back to. In retaliation for a bad review I left, the manager marked me as do not book. I contacted the corporate office and they have also not gotten back to me. All I wanted was a refund.

    Booked a room for July 30th on July 22nd. Canceled the room on July 23rd. Was still charged for the room on July 31st. Contacted customer service and was told a refund would be issued. Have made contact with the hotel several times and was assured a call back and a refund. Have not received a call from the manager nor a refund.
