    In Aug. of 2022 I purchased a CERTIFIED 2020 Honda Pilot. By Nov 2022 my computer started "rebooting" randomly. I would lose my infotainment screen and radio/phone system while driving the car. Dec. 27th took in to have fixed, was told it was from battery. A $274 new battery installed, Issue persisted. 2/9/23 system went out completely. Took to ****** dealership (closer to home) they said "fixed" it was not. Returned to Joliet Honda "fixed" NO NOT FIXED. 3/18 the call "Fixed" as the tech drove it in garage for me to take home, already had same issue. Seems it CAN'T BE FIXED! Asked for buy back as car is lemon and they offer me $16,0000 LESS than what I paid for a CERTIFIED HONDA vehicle 5 months ago (***** mi). STAY AWAY FROM JOLIET HONDA and Honda vehicles!

    I found a vehicle on the lot, which was marked up for market adjustment. I was willing to pay it because its the car I wanted. The car was relayed to me as available. I told **** I wanted the vehicle and wanted to put a deposit down to ensure it was mine. I then went through getting my loan documents ready because I was preapproved. I asked no less than 6 times to put a deposit on the vehicle to ensure it was mine. I was repeatedly told that the car was mine because I had provided them with all of the documents they requested to include my D/L, insurance, loan docs, etc. We had an appointment set for closing and everything. I asked yet again to make sure it was mine if I needed to put a deposit down. I was again told no. 6 hours later, **** told me the sales manager sold the vehicle 1 hour ago from last communication after it was already in the process to be mine. This unethical business practice looks really bad for your dealership and I would strongly consider taking my complaint and digging in to investigate it. My salesman was ************************* not sure who the sales manager was at the time. 0 Stars I couldnt be more irritated with how poorly I was treated as a customer. Stay well clear of this dealer
