This is the email *** sent to Skyzone upon making many attempts to hear back from someone with authority. Email was sent 12/11 calls prior and still no response ! Ive been in contact with your party manager since Monday to advise of the bad situation I encountered during my booking and have yet to be contacted by you. While Monday my phone call was taken and was told Id get a call back never did so I took it upon myself to return the call. However yesterday when I called numerous times at different hours of the day and all my calls were forwarded to voicemail how ironic. I booked a party with tons of guest it being December and cold weather we were looking for something indoors we choose Skyzone, thought we would be inside a warm place jokes on us because it was just as if we were outside! One of my guest had a 3 month old baby in there freezing!! Another guest chose to leave, some of my guests sat in the middle lobby while others stood outside the party room that was extremely cold. I expressed so much to my party host that room was awfully cold and I didnt pay so much money to be stuck in an ice cold room! Her response was the room will warm up once we get food in here ridiculous response! My guest and I had to place our jackets on-top of our food in hopes of trying to keep it warm. Awful experience not only for ourselves but our guests and this is definitely not the kind of service I paid for.The owner just refuses to speak with me for the proper resolution !
