    I purchased the watch from this vendor Saturday, April 20 the watch was sold as a new I went home and the watch was not ticking, so I bought the watch back the same day, and the lady said that the battery was bad so she replaced the battery I took the watch home again woke up the next morning and the band was separated from the watch after sitting overnight with what appear to be wear and tear overnight I returned the watch to this vendor asking for a refund, she stated only exchanges are allowed, I told her I just brought this watch yesterday and did not wont an exchange because I know longer trust the productI left the watch and she told me there was no refunds that is my complaint.
