    In Oct of 2021 we purchased the manufactured home on ****************. From the start theres been issues. Gas leak multiple times. The water heater is very old this was brought up but all they say its working so they wont replace it. Now i have to pay $2,364.14 over something that was brought up to them prior to move in and within 30 days of move in. At one point workers were sent out but all they did was take my metal piping from my water heater and replaced it with plastic with is a big NO NO & this was expressed to the office manager. She told me to hire a plumber to correct the mess they created. The gas company and a plumber have come out often and shut my gas off. This is a health hazard for myself and my minor children. We currently do not have hot water. I have a son with autism that uses warm water to relax. But doesnt understand that we just dont have the water at the moment. Leaks in the ceiling. Again we were told ceiling was worked on prior to move in. I am obtaining quotes on getting the ceiling done since there are leaks all throughout the home. AC only vents into 3 areas of the home. When told about this the office manger says their corporate office advises against them entering the home. Ive been here 8 months and im spending more money on fixing the issues they ignored than Ive paid mortgage. The office manager is extremely rude and unapproachable. They make no attempts in working with me. They are selling homes to people with major damages. The gas leak itself could have resulted badly for my family but they absolutely do not care. This is unacceptable as I have two young children living here with me. I need them to he held responsible for selling us a lemon home. I would like to be refunded for what its costing me to fix the issues they opted to ignore from the start or they can have someone fix the issues correctly. I want the piping for my water heater corrected as well.
