    I am writing to file a formal complaint against the McDonald's restaurant located at *******************************, due to repeated errors with my order and unsatisfactory customer service interactions.On August 15, 2023, at approximately 7:15 AM, I visited this McDonald's location to place an order for breakfast. My order was for 2 sausage and egg McMuffins and a large orange juice. However, for the second time in the last four weeks, I received an incorrect order. In this instance, I received 2 sausage ********* and a large orange juice, which is not what I had ordered.I have attempted to resolve these issues by speaking directly with the staff at the restaurant. When I inquired about my order at the window, I received an attitude from the employee who was assisting me. Despite her verbal confirmation, I still received an incorrect order.I am particularly concerned because I have experienced this issue on two separate occasions in the last month at this specific location. As a frequent customer of ****************** who travels extensively, I rarely have issues at other locations. My repeated experience with this specific McDonald's in ********, **, has been disappointing and below the standard of service I have come to expect from McDonald's as a ******* have tried to contact the store managers or store owners without success. This situation has led me to feel that this particular location is prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction.For your reference, I have attached a copy of my receipt from the most recent visit.I kindly request the following actions to resolve my complaint:Investigation into the customer service practices at the ********************** located at 5th Ave, ********, **.Necessary retraining of staff at this location to improve customer service and order accuracy.A formal apology from the management of this McDonald's location.I hope that the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this matter so that future customers of this McDonald's location do not have to experience similar issues.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
