            My Green Mattress creates customized, all-natural mattresses made from natural latex and cotton. Mattresses are crafted from natural Talalay latex, which is created from the sap of the rubber tree. Natural latex beds are recommended for individuals with skin conditions, severe allergies, compromised immune systems, or those with chemical sensitivities. Latex is resistant to dust mites, mold, and mildew and because it is a breathable substance, allows for air circulation during sleep. Natural wool and organic cotton quilt toppers are available for some mattresses. Mattresses come in a variety of sizes and firmness levels, including adjustable and children's beds.             My mattress was delivered on 2/23 and during the delivery my hardwood floors in multiple rooms were scratched up. Turns out one of the metal "wires" that hold the mattress together was sticking out and was sharp and the in-house delivery crew dragged the mattress along my floor instead of keeping it off the ground.I notified the company that night via email, sent pictures, and asked how this can be fixed (scratched floors and a mattress with a piece of metal sticking out of it). I explained that I am just looking to get this fully repaired and a new mattress.*** (the owner) was initially responsive and sent his "flooring guy" over to take a look. He determined that my entire wood floors would need to be re-stained since he couldn't blend the repairs in properly... This information was relayed to *** and at first he was prepared to make this right... until the full scope of the costs and impact of the damage was explained. There was the cost of the floor repairs that he agreed to pay, but he didn't think any of the other costs were his responsibility. I.e. I'd need to move out of my house for 4 day (per flooring guy) and that means I'd need to rent a hotel room, place my dogs in a kennel, and any other costs. I explained that my floors wouldn't need to be fixed and I wouldn't need to move out of my house if his team didn't damage them. He then next asked if I could use my insurance to pay for it, which I confirmed that I couldn't legally do...Fast forward to today and I've left voicemails and have 4 emails with no response going back to April.I've said from the beginning that this entire situation was brought on by his crew damaging my floors and that my house should be left in the Condition it was and the mattress shouldn't be damaged with a wire sticking out... which is a reasonable ask, but now there is no dialogue and left disappointed?I wanted to support a local business and I'm left with damaged floors and a very expensive damagedmattress.

            I purchased this affordable, amazing Organic Mattress from this company and can't tell you enough about this happy purchase. Because of backaches from previous injury, sleeping has always been an uncomfortable tossing and turning all night. Making matters worse, when I wake up, I can barely walk from the pain and stiffness. During the past ten years, I've purchased and donated three different manufactured mattresses. I tried the memory foam and the pocket coils, none of which helped me sleep pain free without tossing and turning all night. After extended research on organic latex, I soon realized it was out of $1,000.00 budget. Then, I stumbled on this company, and learned as much as possible there is to know about this product, the owner and manufacturing process. If everything I read was true, I thought I hit the jackpot. Going only on my gut feeling without speaking to sales agents for further information, I called the company and placed an order for the Organic Latex Hope mattress. The ordering process was easy, date of delivery was as promised, all went well thus far. Upon opening the box, the mattress was well wrapped free of odors. On the contrary, to me, it smelled fresh and heavenly. From the moment I laid on this mattress, every muscle in my body, relaxed, and ... for the first time, I slept pain free all night without tossing and turning. Adding to this amazing new experience, I woke up pain-free. I was not stooped over from being stiff and achy. It's been a little over a month that I've owned this calming mattress, sleeping pain-free. I am thrilled about this product and although I've not had experience with the sales agents, I highly, highly recommend "My Green Mattress."AL
