    I had my roof done through IV construction and I have leaks still on the inside and I have tiles that are falling down because of the leaking. I was told he was going to be coming out to get this resolved. Ive been dealing with this for three months, he has warranties, but he is not doing his part in resolving my issue.

    This company was HIGHLY recommended to me, so I called this company. The owner came looked at my roof. Had wind damage, insurance company came out to look at roof, etc. From what owner of company saw & found & what insurace adjuster found, both parties dont agree. Insurance adjuster told me to have owner of company call him. Owner of company NEVER called insurance adjuster, owner of company lied to me on NUMEROUS occations & still giving me the run around. I ended up leaving this ************* having another company to do my roof. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER use this company or even suggest this company to anyone to use. This is by far, the WORST, HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL company I have EVER dealt with. I would give this company a NEGATIVE 10 stars. Save yourself time & frustration, dont waste your time with this company.

    This company is not reputable. They rush to get your insurance money to start the job, then they never return your phone calls for up to two to three months.. They sublet ************ to a group of workers who are paid very cheap wages. They want the remainder of payment immediately. They over charge prices with too much material left over. Then they don't fill out the warranty paperwork for your insurance. They never answer phone calls or return texts. They leave you hanging with dry excuses. Run from this company!!!
