    Yes you lied to **** called and asked if you moved furniture and told me yes.I came in and you told me a second time you move furniture.The estimate came and it stated you will not move furniture.So you wasted a lot of my time.You get 1 star only because I cannot give zero.Over the phone And in person I directly asked if you moved furniture.At no time did you quantify your response as you have now.Today the owner came into my place of work. Escalating to the point my manager got involved. I mean seriously that is the kind of person he is.
