    On July 22nd of 2024 I ordered just over $125.00 worth of products from ornamentshop.com. I paid in full and have the credit card statement showing the completed payment. I have NOT received my product. I have reached out to the organization MANY times with NO reply. Their phone number only leads to a message saying to contact them via email. I have sent them a copy of my credit card bill showing the payment.They FINALLY replied to my third or fourth email with a tracking number stating the product was due to be delivered. When I clicked on the tracking number the history shows that my package arrived in *************, **, its final destination, on July 30th. It then shows that it was received at a post office in *******, ** on August 2nd and has been there ever since. Every SINGLE day the tracking update says it is being delivered tomorrow, but the package has not moved from *******, **. It is time for Ornamentshop.com to face the fact the my product has been lost since JULY 30th!!!!! I have ordered from them for years and have never had a problem that they didn't quickly resolve. I need them to make this right. I need them to recreate the order and ship with expedited shipping or refund my money. I'd prefer the product as they are gifts for family. Honestly, they should send me the product and refund my money for their COMPLETE lack of customer service to someone who has been a LONG time customer.I have attached my *************** statement. The charge can be seen at the very bottom of page 3.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
