I contact ***** about the payment for 10k for interior design work for my wifes practice. My wife died in April and I am the legal representative of her practice. I track down the bills and saw this payment of 10k. I asked ***** about it and she sent me some one page documents of pricing for office furniture as the work she did. I spoke with the office manager **** who will give me an affidavit saying that ***** spent at best ***** hours on this project. I demanded ***** return $ 7500 of the 10k retainer. She has refused to do so. I would like you to contact her and explain to her that she is obligated to return the monies. Here rate for consultation is at best $150 hour and I am being generous to her. The office manager **** told me that ***** took the practice for a ride and we should file suit if she does not return the funds. I tried to settle the matter with ***** but she does not respond to my emails. Can you please help to settle this matter.

    To whom it may concern,

I just found in my junk mail, the notification dated September 8th 2024 that a complaint had been filed against my firm.

The complaint is completely unfounded and untrue.

Attached is the letter from my attorney to this person, dated in May of this year.

Here is a copy also of the cover email:

In addition, I have never met, or even had any communication with this person while on the project. His complaint is a fabrication of the way the actual project progressed, and I greatly appreciate you clearing my firm of any slander/complaint.

    Thank you very much.
