    From the estimate to the installation everything went smoothly. They completed my whole house in 1 day with 22 windows and 1 sliding door. They cleaned up any mess they made and hauled away my old windows. I've always received a response with any issues and the windows are a much needed improvement over the old ones. The screens are not that easy to remove and replace.

    Our initial meeting with **** went extremely well with honest recommendations, proposal and pricing for our phase 1 home window replacement project for living and dining rooms. The follow-up customer service and measurement session was very straightforward and the final professional installation was done in half a day. The windows look great and we have further recommended the Chicago Window Guys.

    We had 5 windows installed a few months ago; The windows were installed on the date scheduled, and at the stated start time. The crew were very hardworking, polite, and friendly. We do recommend Chicago Window Guys.

    I got 12 windows last year I did slot of research and once **** from Window Guys came out my research was over. **** gave us a fair price for better windows than I expected. Since Ive had the windows a while they did a great job last winter and this summer. The whole process was better than I expected from start to finish. I highly recommend them .

    I worked with Chicago Window Guys a few months back and was really appreciative of the transparency in pricing and communication. We replaced both windows and a sliding door and all have held up really nicely. I would go back to Chicago Window Guys if we needed any other window or door services.

    I recently had Chicago Window Guys install three casement windows, a three-panel slider, and a custom three-panel slider with a double-wide sliding door and retractable screen. The installation quality was excellent, and everything works perfectly. The installers were very professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. The installation was initially quoted for October but ended up being pushed to January due to a supplier issue with our custom door. Despite this, the company kept us informed throughout the process. The actual installation took a full working day, as expected. Communication was clear, and **** was very responsive to our needs. Although one of the doors was installed improperly, leading to a leaky ceiling in the room below, **** and his team were quick to address the issue. They identified and resolved the problem efficiently and covered the cost for our contractor to repair the damaged drywall. While no one wants to deal with a leaky ceiling after an install, their prompt resolution reduced the issue to nothing more than a blip. Overall, we are highly satisfied and expect to bring **** and his team back to replace the rest of our windows in the next 6-12 months. We have also recommended his team to our neighbors and have received many compliments on the custom double-slider. Thanks, Chicago Window Guys!

    We had been in the market for new windows on the back of our house for some time but just had not made a decision due to the number of windows, the cost and indecisiveness in design. When a Rogue Golf Ball shattered one of our windows we were forced to make a decision. We contacted The Chicago Window Guys after seeing the spectacular work they did for my Neighbors home. I was connected with **** who present us with a lot of options but made it very easy to make a decision with out being overwhelmed. The area of our house which we had re-windowed was very odd as it was 2 stories of 10 sliding glass doors in the 4 season room (5 on top and 5 on the bottom) installed by the original owner. **** presented us with some great options. Once we came to a decision the work was scheduled and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. **** was always available to answer questions, the gentleman that measured the windows was on time, speedy and had a great customer service persona. The guys installing were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have more windows to replace and will be calling Chicago Window guys when that time comes. We also decided to have them do some of my other doors and will use them for many other projects in the future. I even told all my neighbors how good the work was. Several neighbors have since had them do work on their home as well. Besides the windows which we love we also had a back door replaced. Our 4 season room is no longer cold and drafty in the winter and we are so happy for the work. We have held several family functions in this room including a large Thanksgiving and Christmas gathering which we would have never been able to do previously. Thank you Chicago Window Guys!

    Mark's presentation, proposal and pricing was very straightforward. Beata's customer service was very good. Two guys installed 16 windows in one day. The windows look great.

    We live in a bungalow that is nearly 100 years old - and has many of the original single pane windows. On the recommendation of a friend, we asked Chicago Window Guys to provide a consult and estimate on several windows. We appreciated the transparency of the sales rep during the quote process. He was thorough and honest, and had some creative ideas for a new kitchen window. We felt the pricing was very fair. We especially like that each window is custom built in their own warehouse. The time from project sign off to installation was relatively fast - I want to say under six weeks. Install was very smooth. We've been through every season with our new windows, and seen the payoff in lower heating and energy bills. The house stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We didn't even need to install all the ** units last summer! (The fact that we can walk through the room without the window panes rattling is a major plus, too.)We have several more windows we want to replace, and when we do, we will definitely call Chicago Window Guys again.
