Ordered a pair of $168.00 Jeans . I play in a band. I ordered for a show in March and placed my order in January. Wore the pants on stage and the back seam on the left pocket let loose. Contacted worn star and they said I was passed warranty but would make an exception. They wanted to charge me for altering them (30 length) and charge me for pulling their lace out of the legs. decided to fix the pants myself. And, I did. Wore them yesterday for another show. While sitting down, the inside seam of the left leg gave away and the zipper area separated from the pants. It's like these things are just falling apart with dry rot. Their stuff looks great but the quality is absolute GARBAGE. Will never order anything from them again. Worse piece of clothing I have ever owned in my entire life.

I give them a 0 out of 5 stars!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered 3 pair of jeans that I needed to return for a different size no big deal right - WRONG!! The only way to speak with them is thru email it takes them awhile to respond, but more importantly you only have 5 days to return (well I live in **** and there are no stores here) so I ***** the items back (more money from me). I then email again to make sure they received and will send the size I need sure no problem they said - just pay federal express shipping charges AGAIN to receive the exchanged items of which I do ASAP thinking my items are on their way - NOPE after waiting over a week and a half I decide to email them again to find out what the status of where my items are - to which Im told they need to check with the warehouse and will get back to meAFTER 4 days of waiting for that email that I never did get I emailed them again as to the status and NOW they are just shipping out ONLY BECAUSE I CONTINUED to email them otherwise I most definitely would either NEVER have received my items or waited another month for my itemsthis by the way after the items have been paid for weeks ago and after I have shelled out OVER $75.00 in shipping charges!! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY on their part!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I am supposed to receive the items this week so we shall see if I ever get them!

Ordered pants on 1-1-2024 they still have not made them. I asked to get my back and they said it takes 8 weeks or longer to make. A lot of good that does for the customer, they can just kick the time line to finish line down the road to whatever suites their needs.

Have bought numerous pairs of jeans and other items from Wornstar.I bought 2 pair of side button jeans and had them altered to fit and recently purchased another pair of side button jeans that I paid for alterations. This pair arrived and the alteration is not right.I reached out and not once in multiple communications did Manda in customer service say Im sorry how can we make it right rather send them back pay another ***** plus shipping both ways and we will alter them a second time for you.No accountability just excuses.Either Manda has zero customer service training or ********************** just doesnt give a rip about its good customers.Bad policy and or customer service.Not the way to build a brand.

*****, at customer service dropped the ball. Signed up for 10% discount on 1st purchase but didnt receive email w code. I made purchase anyway thinking they would honor the measly few dollars. But after few back and forth emails with *****, he was unable to apply code and stopped coresponding. Really!?

Im another one apparently blacklisted from this joke of a company like my money isnt green and theyre the ones who didnt s**** up the 1st time. About five years ago I bought a 350 dollar pair of pants that lasted a lousy 3 shows before they ripped. They told me to send them back for a repair which I was made to pay shipping both ways. The repair looked crappy but whatever. They still ripped more. The fabric with whatever process they use was weak. After a bad review I bought elsewhere. Fast forward to this week I thought maybe things there would have changed so Id give them another try. First order put thru then immediately cancelled. I contacted customer service no answer. A few days later I tried again and cancelled! Have the ***** to answer a service request and tell me my money is no good there at least. Are you babies? Make a decent product and people wont leave bad reviews after poor service on said decent product and for the love of god if they try and give you another chance dont black list them. You do realize if I want these things bad enough Ill just have my wife get them and ship to my job, or are you going to just ban my size for everyone??

Bought two t-shirts, they look fitted jn the pictures online, but they are in fact very baggy, also the color is very different that what you will see online. I tried to return them, but you can only get store credit. I won't be buying from them ever again. Oh, and they are expensive too for what they offer.
