    In February, I shipped ten home videos to TDC using the kit that they sent me, all with the understanding that they would digitize my materials and send the physical copies back to me within 10 weeks of receiving my videos (as advertised). They confirmed receiving my videos on March 5.Despite sending multiple emails over the last five months -- and leaving several voicemails, as they never answer the phone -- I have only received one automated reply from customer service May 29, simply telling me that I can view the status of my order with their tracking link. But they have not updated the order status since April. Again, I expected this order to have been completed in early May.While I am certainly owed a refund at this point, my anxiety is largely due to the fact that they have ten precious home videos that belong to my family. I insist that they mail my materials back to me ASAP in addition to a refund of the $177 I paid in February. Though the promised digital versions of these videos would be nice, I am most interested in recovering my original videos.I would be immensely grateful for whatever you can do to return my home videos back to my family.

    I sent family VHS videos to The Digitize Center to digitize to a USB. They received them February 2, 2024. In early March I received an email that they have started processing my videos. I followed up with them late March and was informed they were still processing. I haven't heard from them since, I have sent emails and left voicemails and am not getting a response. At this point I really would just like to get my video's back; these are family memories I can't replace. I was provided a site where I could track my order, when I use it, it says they can't find my order. I would really like some help, if they went out of business, please have them send my video's back. Not sure on the price below, but it is close, I can check my credit card statement.

    I used the Digitize Center over the holidays and paid the extra $99 for rush processing and everything was processed as expected, which is why I went back in January/early February to send more videos. The 10 - 12 weeks promise has not been kept and the follow-up after the initial "order processing" email has been non-existent. I have contacted them once and received an email that everything was in processing in April and received a response on April 20th stating: Your order is in the processing stage and is not lost or misplaced. We cannot provide an exact date of when it will be finished.It has now been over 16 weeks. I noticed that their social media accounts have not been updated since February and I am so worried that the owner or small business had something awful happen. My mom passed away last year and these videos are some of my only pieces back to her. Please help me get this issue resolved by either sending the videos back asap or sending the links to the digitization.

    Until I receive my digital and hard copies I can not accept this response. Per the attached, you market that you're the fastest, and provide an ample window of 4 -10 weeks to complete a job. I am close to 18 weeks which is almost double what is promised. 

    You're trusted with people's most intimate and valuable memories, and as a business, the lack of communication and timeline promises are unacceptable. 

    I will continue to look out for my completed order.

    This company is great at what they do, but timing and communication hinders the positive experience.

    My complaint is similar to others filed. I sent 2 VHS tapes for digitization in Jan 24 and as of April they were in processing order TDC3771. Ive sent 3 emails to support and tried calling customer support which has no human answer and directs to email, all with no response. Its been >12 weeks, well past standard time. Payment was received when the order was initiated, that should have been a flag.The tapes have precious memories, and I request they be returned undamaged or the digitized files that I paid for completed immediately. I clearly do not recommend this business. Warning to other customers that despite their website giving the impression of a robust business and it coming up in web searches do not trust your memories with this business.

    On 8 JAN 2024 I paid The Digitize Center (DC) $50.93 for the services of converting two (2) VHS videos to digital media and the return of the original VHS media to me. Delivery of the digital product was to be within 12 weeks after receipt of my VHS media by DC.On 30 JAN 2024 I received written confirmation from DC of receipt of my VHS media.On 13 MAR ***************************************************************** processing and normally takes 4 to 10 weeks.On 3 APR ******************************************************************************* work.On 5 MAY *********************************************************** process. On 5 MAY ***** I sent an email to ************************************* asking for a firm delivery date for my digitized product. No reply has been received.On 7 MAY 2024 I called the number on the website **************** at 10:07 am PST, and I received an automated message stating that there are no representatives available to answer any calls.

    2 SD chips of my vacation, and 8 old music cassettes sent to them on Jan. 16, 2024. I got a confirmation they were received and in process , and it could take up to 10 weeks. Its almost 4 months now. They never answer my phone calls or emails. Im very upset because this was an expensive dream trip of a lifetime - Will my memories be lost forever? And I sent them my favorite old music cassettes that cant be replaced. I am so unhappy.

    I sent four video tapes to be digitized in December. I have the tracking information that it was received. I sent it back via their box etc. I have never gotten anything back and they don't answer calls or emails. I did a ***** Nexis search and called the number and I probably spoke to the owner, a thief and a Fraud, *********************** with the number provided through a ***** Nexis Search. He gave me a fake name, ************ and said it should be ready in a few more weeks and to be patient. This is not the case. I just want my tapes back. This guy is a scam artist. I called the ********** manager;s office to look more closely at the address as they have no business license for this company at that address. What they think is happening is that the mail is sent there and someone who lives there gives it to the company. The company according to the person I talked to is in ********* under a different name No Limit, which does have a website, nolimitcorp.com. *** is the owner of that. So, the phone number I called a few weeks ago is out of service. This business is stealing and is a fraud. I will send you documents if you want, but I'd like to start a conversation with you first as I don't know if you can reach them either. They need to be flagged and stopped.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This company has terrible, awful, bogus customer service. Their website describes their turn around for digital transfer as 4-8 weeks. It was more than four months for me and I tried very hard to get information on the status of my job and I was met with zero communication. No response from the website or phone. I did receive an auto-response from their message box on ******** Messenger. Note that I had to go into legal mode to see what my options were and even called the ********************* to see if the address had a business license number and it didn't. The address is a drop box basically and their 'office' is in *********. It is a scam of some sort, not sure what is going on, but they continue to solicit business. I did get a call once I started to email you, and when I asked the person the phone where they were located and where the transfer was done, I was stonewalled. I even called the number from the ***** Nexus search and spoke to *** I think and was lied to. They need to be flagged even though it was 'resolved'. I don't think it is a good company at all. I was in the ************************ parking lot to get a theft report when I got notice my materials were being sent back. So, yes, resolved, but with great distress. If your company can please flag them as it should note they are terrible and unreliable and there are many other companies that are better.

I have looked into your order and customer support history and do see that one of our agents did communicate with you over email, ******** messenger, and by phone. I have attached some screenshots of some of those communications. In regards to processing time, I see that your order had ************* Processing. For standard processing, we do not guarantee an exact finish date, we can only provide an estimate on when it will be completed as stated on our website at ********************************************************************************************** . Standard processing time can vary depending on many factors, including the date you send your memories back to **. Upgrading processing times were offered to you on the Customer Card you filled out that guarantees a processing time of 4 weeks or less (+$19.99) or 2 weeks or less (+$49.99), which you declined.

    As for your inquiries as to our business locations, we do have several throughout the **. We make public our sales and service locations but we do not publicize our processing center for security concerns.

    Again, I am sorry you are dissatisfied with our service and we will make efforts to improve our communication protocols going forward and thank you for your feedback.
