Lake Zurich Family Martial Arts teaches Tae Kwon Do, fitness classes, self-defense, kickboxing, and other martial arts and exercise to children, teens, and adults. Programs include Tae Kwon Do, little ninjas (a class for pre-kindergarten and kindergarteners), Hapkido, women's self-defense classes, college bound self-defense courses, and general self-defense courses. The center also offers cardio kickboxing and fitness plus. Cardio kickboxing classes include the use of resistance bands, kettle balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, and other cardio activities; classes are available for all levels, and modifications are given for each activity to accommodate different activity levels.
