    I was working here over the road. I worked 5 months overtime and no days off with no overtime pay. When I finally asked for a day off I was fired. Now they are refusing to pay me they are taking advantage of me and more ppl at this company.

    Here is the reality. 
     
    1.  He terminated his own contract via text message after learning he cannot take our truck on a personal road trip
    2. Our contract with this individual specifically stated that the final compensation can take up to 30 days after the last contract is completed, we paid it out in full 7 days after instead. 
    3. subject was suspected of using narcotics while performing contracted duties, we found evidence of marijuana use in the truck after we took possession of it. 
    4. subject threatened the office staff on numerous occasions
    5. subject violated the contract on numerous occasions and was given two chances in the past to correct his performance. He didnt
    6.  if he didnt terminate his own contract, we would have terminated it for him same week.
