Great experience with Shake Guys! They just replaced my hail damaged roof. They met all their commitments. On schedule, great workmanship, thorough cleanup and follow-up.Also, great communication! *************** was outstanding! Always quickly followed up and kept me informed throughout the process. He was also invaluable helping me navigate and negotiate the **** claims process. Help me appeal which in them covering the full replacement value of my roof. *********************** was the project manager who did a great job managing the work crew. I was amazed that such a big job was done in 4.5 days. Finally, my thanks to their roofing crew. I have nothing but respect for how hard those guys work 12 hours/ day in the heat.

*** (the project manager) and your crew did a fantastic job on our new roof. The new roof is perfect and *** did a great job of keeping things on track and keeping me informed. We hired ShakeGuys to re-flash a valley area on our cedar shake roof and to clean **** and apply a preservative to the entire roof. This was a very extensive roof project and they did a great job. Very knowledgeable & professional crew. Will definitely hire and recommend these guys if we need anything else done to the roof.The Shake Guys, LLC Response

Shake Guys is a great company to do business with! They are prompt and timely with their service when it comes to scheduling. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat and I would recommend them over any other Cedar Shake roofing company or Shake restoration in the Metro area. We have used several in the past. One of the things that sold me on the Shake Guys that others did not do, is that they would do minor repairs before restoration. They did such a great job and were quick and efficient. Also, the outside of our home is cleaner now than it was before they came! The roof has not looked better. This was our first time using the Shake Guys after many have recommended them.Their employees were polite, well dressed and used safety harnesses! Their trucks and equipment were in excellent condition which gave me confidence. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or preserved.The Shake Guys, LLC Response
