      Car failed emissions testing.Paid $3,400 for repairs at this shop. Car continued to fail emissions testing. All kind of excuses from the shop. Was promised before repairs that the car would pass emissions when completed. Given all kinds of excuses and instructions for driving. Check engine light came on four different times after repairs. Car was first diagnosed to indicate all needed repairs before the work was done. After the last engine light came on was told by the service department that the car had a new code. This code was not listed in the original diagnostic. Every time I contact the business I get the runaround. I feel I was taken advantage of being a senior citizen. I request a full refund. Still cannot pass the emissions test. Can't get anymore extensions from the secretary of state. I am disabled and need assistance with this issue.
