    My brother-in-law stays there and they won't let him get signed out he gets signed out he can't get come back can come back there so basically if a family member gets sick or something happens to a family member he can't go to the hospital or a family members house or something this is his sister in law *************************** ************* please give me a call back as soon as possible thank you have a nice day happy holiday

    This is in response to Complaint ID ********.
     All residents in nursing homes in ******** (including Tri-State Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center) are given community access pursuant to a doctors order. It is the doctor, not the nursing home that permits or denies community access, based upon an individuals specific medical and/or mental situation.

    I was not paid for 8 shifts worked within the company and they refuse to pay me. I clocked in and out on the finger print Time Machine.
