Full Circle purchased my apartment building from Bogs Management. When I signed my 2023-24 lease with Full Circle I was told that I only had a security deposit of $50 that was given to them from Bogs Management. Which is not true. I have not received any type of refund from ****. I provided my lease that I had with Bogs. But nothing came of it. They said I still owe a deposit.

Full circle was credited with all security deposits at closing when the property was sold. They need to go after them.

I was just the property manager not the owner/seller

I am rejecting this response because: I submitted an email from Full Circle stating what was given.

    Sincerely,

They need to have their current management company needs check the monies paid to the buyer at closing.

This is the 3rd complaint we've received about the current management company withholding security deposits of our former tenants.

The buyer was given a copy of all leases and rent rolls showing rents and security deposits for each tenant living there when the property was sold.

The complainant needs to check their lease where their security deposit is listed amount and show it to their management company to get satisfaction!

What was listed on the tenant leases and rent rolls is what was negotiated by the buyer from the seller and given to the buyer at closing at closing.

We do not have any monies for that property!!!

I moved to an apartment in *********** under the supervision of Bogs Management in February of 2019. Since September of 2019, I have been experiencing many issues (pictures and videos attached) with leaks, power outages and breaking of ceiling up until currently. There are still issues that are not addressed. My monthly rent was increased. The reasoning was due to "maintenance increases." Since my monthly rent has increased, there still have been issues. I reach out each time there has been an incident and I get rude and nasty customer service. I have NEVER called this place a home. There is currently a leak in my kitchen ceiling that has caused discoloration. There is a STRONG smell as well that fills my apartment. It is unpleasant and hard to breath in so much that I have to isolate myself in my bedroom. This apartment has not been a home for me since I moved in. I just had surgery on July 11, 2022 and I have to wear a CPAP machine. I am also on allergy medication in which I am allergic to mold. If that form in my frame on my apartment, I will get ill and be forced to the hospital. I am on weekly allergy shots as well as other important doctor ************* I am afraid to live here and breathe in whatever is coming from my kitchen ceiling. When reporting this issue, I was told that I had to deal with it and "monitoring pipes" is not the job of the Bogs Management. I was dismissed of my feelings and not taken serious. I have been more than patient for the past 3 years. I have never been late with monthly rent and never caused any issues. I am wanting to terminate my lease without further payment because of these ongoing issues regardless of what the lease states. I think that is fair and a good compromise due to how poorly I have been treated as well as the ongoing, unfixed issues. I have attached a 50 minute video that shows more support but it was not able to be uploaded. I can definitely figure out another avenue of reporting the video once I hear from someone.
