      I had bought a ****** Altima 2016 from here, and sales were smooth and courteous. However, after the sale, I had discovered that the only key provided with the car was not cut. I had reached out to the dealership staff and manager, who declined my request to provide a cut key, stating the Key fob would suffice, and they were not liable for providing a cut key and advised me to get it cut at my expense.It is reasonable to provide at least a single cut key with a car on sale. If the car battery were to fail in winter, we could get stranded outside.

Used vehicles get sold with what ever key it at the time of sale however, if it had only one key and the key did not work right after you purchased the vehicle, we believe that main key should work.       Date of Purchase: 8/16/2021 On 8/19/2021 the vehicles would not start. The cost to just get the car to start again was $1941.29. Copy of invoice sent to Haus of Imports. If a car is purchased from Haus of Imports, should it still start 3 days after purchase?Because mine didnt. Or, is it acceptable to leave the buyer stranded at 10:00 p.m. at night because the car will no longer start?On the day of purchase, during my drive back to *********, two other dashboard monitors came on. A) - One to indicate that the after-market parking light bulbs that Haus of Imports installed were not working, and B) one of the tire pressure sensors was inoperative. That will be an additional estimated cost of $415.00 Copy of Estimate sent to Haus of Imports.There has been no response from Haus of Imports even though they have been notified both by phone call and letter.This has been my experience, thus far, and it has been an unacceptable experience without resolution.

      Hello, **** Thanks for the message on here I am not sure what happened nor what miscommunication on our end has happened. I am glad that this issue has my full attention. I looked over the invoice from International Autos and it looks like it was a faulty Relay. Sensor issue. 

      In hopes to resolve this issue I will be cutting you a check for $700. We appreciate your patience and hope this gesture makes things right. You got a great car at a amazing price and we hope you are enjoying it! If you need anything else please feel free to reach out to your salesman.
