              Bath Planet installed a walk in shower3/24.In 4/24 I fell in the shower.The mat that was put down with glue was loose when I stepped into the shower.Causing me to fall and experience tremendous pain.On 4/18/24 and 5/16/24 I informed the sales person(****) and corporate(Rich-manager) about the incident. No one has reached out to me as of this date.Please help me resolve this problem.Thank You

              Paid over $19,000 for a professionally installed, high quality walk-in shower to replace our tub.. Received a poorly installed, low quality shower that compares to a big box shower kit that sells for for Less than $5,000. Two of three walls had to be replaced due to poor installation, and sewer pipes had to be reconnected after discovering that the pipe had fallen off the shower in the crawl space due to improper plumbing installation. Overseas of glue resulted in inability to paint walls. Knows on glass doors have fallen off and do not tighten.
