    On April 10, 2024, we paid to have this company file a biennial update for our DOT number. It was supposed to be processed and updated in August. This did not happen. The *** website still lists our company as not having been updated. I attempted to contact ***, but am unable to get a human on the line. It appears they are operating a complete and total scam so I am sure I will not get a refund, but others should know about this.

    On August 26th I purchased a DOT number from this company, American Carrier Compliance in the amount of $78. They did not reach out to me for any questions or conversation of any kind. They processed my payment from my bank. I called them today, August 29th, to ask where my DOT number as it normally does not take this amount of time. *** is, ****************************, it's a number to operate commercial vehicles. No one answered the phone, I called several times, no answer, I wanted to leave a voicemail, the recording said the mailbox was full. I contacted them through chat and that was offline but I was able to type out my complaint. I emailed them as well. I want a refund from this company, this is poor business services.
