      I too have been charged $14.95 for the lscperks that I would never have knowingly signed up for. It appears I have been charged this fee for at least 6 months possibly more. I am requesting cancellation immediately and a refund issued. I will never order again from your company! With this many customers complaining, you obviously are not doing this program sign ** in a transparent manner!,,,,,,,the star irked me quite a bit as well

Prior to customers signing up we do provide them with the program details and fees the customer then has to type in their email address to accept the program. We don't hide the program details. Customers are also not tied into the program, it can be cancelled at any time.We have requested for your Perks to be canceled and refunded for the full amount.       This company charged you some kind of membershhip but you wouldn't know until you check your bank statement and realized they charged 2 months in a row. When you called, their customer service argued with you, cancel the membership but refused to refund you the money. Meanwhile, you have to shut down your card and call all your merchants that you have auto pay with them. They are a scam.

      I too have been charged $14.95 monthly for a service that I did not sign up for. Think that with this many people having the same issue that the company would change their process but no, this is so easy for them to do and pocket the money as well. I did stop this as soon as I realize this but I'll see next month if there is another charge. I doubt if any refund will be made. This is so wrong on some many levels and I don't care how great their products are, I will never purchase anything from them again !

      I just realized last night that I had been charged $***** December of 2021-6-19-22. I did not authorize this withdrawal. I have ordered from this company and was satisfied with the product , BUT, they were withdrawing $ ***** monthly long before I placed any order. Regardless, this is bad business.

      I am also being charged $14.95 on my PayPal account. I am embarrassed to say it has been going on for 10 months. I noticed it but thought I must have ordered something. Being unfamiliar with paypal, I thought they were charging me. Well, I'm on vacation and have some time to research which led me here and now I know what the charge is. I was not aware that I was offered or selected a perks monthly membership for $14.95. I never buy in to those things. I will be cancelling it immediately. However, I have to say that I have been completely satisfied with all of my purchases. I love the catalogue.

      They lured me in return their BS "rebate" offer. I've been charged by them $14.95/mo via PayPal for over TWO YEARS now. They are predatory and dishonest. Stop with the nonsense about "we're sorry YOU didn't realize you signed up" and your corny line about "we try to be transparent." Clearly many people don't realize you're signing them up, so obviously you aren't transparent. How about you change your shady practice to show people that you truly are sorry?

      While I have liked all the things I have purchased from Lakeside.....I am one of the people that also had the $14.95 start coming out of my account. The first month I noticed it I thought it was something I ordered off the internet and didn't remember what it was but when it showed up the next month I had to ****** it to even see what LSCperks was. By the time I realized what was going on they had taken $60 out of my account. I do not remember signing up for the perks nor would I. I don't even know what perks I was paying for!!! Lakeside has lost me as a customer along with 4 family members.
