              A check for $211.01 was issued by AON and was lost. AON knows this check has not been cashed but say they need a form from me to cancel the check and reissue. I sent the form back to them in October of 2023 and waited a long time for an answer (It took months to get the majority of the claim in 2022) I called to check on it in April of 2024, and they said they had not received the form. I emailed the form to them, and on April 29,2024, I sent the form via Certified Mail. The post office reported that the letter was given to an employee of AON Escheat. It has now been more than 6 weeks and I have heard nothing. I called AON and they will not answer any question about this - refer me to the AON ************* I have tried to contact AON Escheat and just keep getting put back in the hold cycle. The form they sent to me does not have a phone contact number. I am hoping you can get me this money. I had to contact you to get the bulk of the claim back in 2022. Thank you

              Filed a claim because we had to cancel our cruise, do to airline issues and we would not make it in time before ship sailed. They are a complete fraud and found every excuse why they will not cover the cancellation and our claim. There guidelines say that what are claim entitled was covered. We have been going back and forth for over 2 months. We had all documents they needed and followed all rules they asked. All to end with the same excuse, they will not cover our cancellation. Never again will I ever work with this company again.
