    In September 2023,  BBB investigated Ava Nicole Bridal Suite's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a new report release shown here from ABC news. 

    Per the news release, general complaints found online and social media accounts for the business; consumers allege that after making arrangements to purchase dresses and in many cases sent the funds to the owner. The consumers have not received their gowns. Leaving many consumers without a dress for their special event.

    I am writing this review to share my incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Ava Nicole Bridal Suites, located at *********************************************************. I found my dream wedding dress, a ********************* designer gown, at this store on February 25, 2023. The initial excitement quickly turned into a nightmare of unprofessionalism, broken promises, and a complete lack of communication.After placing a deposit of $1260 on the same day, I was informed by the owner, ***************************, that I needed to pay the full balance of $1050 to have the dress ordered in time for my September 2, 2023 wedding. Despite making the payment on March 1, 2023, I faced an endless series of issues and disappointments.The trouble began when I attempted to reach ******* on July 20, 2023, only to find that both phone numbers associated with the store were disconnected. The store's website was down as well. Panic set in as I realized that something was seriously wrong. A day later, ******* responded to an email I sent, explaining that the store had moved and providing new contact information. She assured me that my dress would be ready by the first week of August.However, what followed was a series of unfulfilled promises and false information. My dress fitting and alteration appointment, originally scheduled for August 11, was rescheduled due to ******* being out of town. The appointment was pushed to August 12 at 3 pm. When I reached out to confirm, I received no response. ******* then informed me that she would personally deliver my dress to my home that evening. Yet again, she failed to follow through and postponed the delivery to Sunday, August 13 at 6:30 pm.The frustration continued to mount as *******'s communication became increasingly sporadic. Despite my numerous attempts to confirm the delivery time, both calls and texts went unanswered. Strangely, when my fianc reached out to her as a prospective customer on ******** messenger, she responded promptly with appointment details. This blatant disregard for my concerns left me feeling scammed and manipulated.At the time of writing this review, my wedding is only two weeks away, and I still have not received my dress or any further communication from *******. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, and outright disrespect for my wedding plans has left me devastated and utterly betrayed.I strongly advise anyone considering Ava Nicole Bridal Suites to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate their credibility before making any commitments.     Hello, I purchased a Mother of the Bride dress from Ava Nicole Bridal Suite on 4/16/2023. The owner *************************** said that her internet was not working and asked if I could **** the $722.70 for the total price of the dress I ordered. I thought it was strange to pay in full as well as ****. The owner seemed personable and nice and I reluctantly obliged. She warned me the dress would take approximately 30 days which was 2 weeks out from the wedding. I was okay with that. On 4/28/2023 I texted ******* for an update on the delivery. She responded saying the dress was currently being delivered the week of May 15th. I texted ******* again on 5/17 asking for an update. She said that she would look into the shipping once she arrived at the shop and give me a callback. I did not hear from *******. I reached out to ******* via text again on May 24th, a couple of days before leaving the US for the wedding. I asked on the 5/24/2023 text for a full refund. ******* responded back and apologized. She mentioned that she had been waiting on the dress and it never arrived. She promised that I would receive a refund of $722.70 in 3-5 days. I reached out to ******* on 6/2/2023 asking about the refund. She called me and profusely apologized and promised to send the refund in 2-3 weeks. I offered her an opportunity to make payments. She declined and said she preferred to send the refund in full. She also followed up with a text on the agreement she made. On 6/26/2023. I reached out to ******* and she said that she would be sending the payment on Friday, which meant 6/30/2023. She never sent the refund. I reached out to ******* on July 1st and she never responded again. I went back and read the recent reviews on ****** and it seems that Ava ********************** Briday Boutique has done this to others.
