Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns regarding our ********************* I understand that you're disappointed with the employment history information provided and feel that the service did not meet your expectations. I'd like to take this opportunity to address your concerns and clarify the scope and limitations of our service.

CareerCHCKED is designed as an ******************************* for employers. Our aim is to streamline the hiring process by providing a faster, more efficient way to verify employment history, which we understand is crucial in today's dynamic hiring landscape.

Comprehensive Employment Verification: We offer access to extensive databases like The Work Number, which allows us to provide detailed information on an applicant's employment history. This typically includes employment dates and positions held within the last 12 months. Our service is designed to complement traditional methods like phone calls and faxes, offering a more modern, digital solution.

*************** Decisions: The purpose of CareerCHCKED is to equip employers with reliable and trustworthy information, enabling them to make informed decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of an applicant's professional background.

Regarding your specific case, it's important to note that our service's capacity to provide employment history is subject to the availability of data within our databases. These databases are extensive but may not always have complete information for every individual, especially if an employer does not report to them or in cases of self-employment or very small businesses.

We understand your disappointment in receiving information on only one job history and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strive to provide the most comprehensive and up-to-date information available to us.

As for your request for a full refund, we take such requests seriously and are committed to customer satisfaction. We would like to review your case in detail to better understand the discrepancy and how we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Could you please provide us with your transaction details and any specific areas where our service did not meet the expected standards? This will help us in conducting a thorough review.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced and assure you that we are committed to resolving your concerns. We value your business and feedback, and our team is dedicated to ensuring that our services meet the high standards our customers expect.

So I paid my February's rent with several different accounts on or around February 1st. On the 7th I get an email. saying *** for ~$577. I try to login to my rpay account to see why but my account has been deactivated due to the *** check. So now I owe rent to a third party that absolutely wants it and I can't pay them because rpay can't get in touch with the leasing office. This whole thing is stupid, they should be taking the ~45% ofy remaining rent and it shouldn't be a problem. If they charged an *** fee that would be one thing, but they didn't, just cancelled my.axxount, the only way to pay rent to a co.pletely separate 3rd party.

    Business response

Hello ***** the rent payment that you attempted via rPay was returned by your bank as insufficient funds available. rPay is a third party software provider, and not a banking institution. Only your bank can return the transaction, with a response that the bank account provided does not have enough funds to satisfy the payment.

rPay is contracted with landlords to provide tenants access to view their account balance and enter their payment information. Many landlords adhere to one or two insufficient funds transactions, before requiring another form of payment. As a contracted firm, we adhere to their policies and are required to request approval to reactive any inactive user. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would suggest to confirm with your bank that you have sufficient funds, prior to authorizing a future payment.

Lastly, our records indicate that your landlord approved access on 2/7/2023 and that you were able to successfully process a payment.

    Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: This response is unacceptable. Your business is not rejecting a tenants account, that is the sole responsibility of the landlord. You take payments. When you get payment, you disburse to the landlord for a small fee, when funds are returned, you report this to the landlord. The payment method and solvency aren't the responsibility of the landlord any longer, they are yours. This is your service, a long with other responsibilities and why you are owed a fee from the landlord. Your turning off my account was illegally punitive. Get your own lawyer if you don't see where I'm going.

Change your policy, I promise I won't go away. I'm highly offended by being treated like such trash.

    Sincerely,

Unfortunately, this is not a policy change that we can make. This is an automatic system-wide feature. If there is something else we can do to help, please let us know.

I am rejecting this response because:Whatever, dude, your business model is trash and you should look over your company benefits with a fine tooth comb, you know with policies like that they ripping you off, guaranteed. Pleasant day, zir.
