I completed a focus group on 6/18/24 at 11:30am EST, the full study concluded on 6/20/24 and payment was supposed to be mailed out within 4-6 weeks of the study for the amount of $450. It has past 6 weeks and the payment has not been sent out yet. I expect immediate compensation for myself and any other participants.

We recruited **************** to participate in an online ************ The topic was ****ing. When screened for this study, when asked "What banks would you never use" she did not include Chase **** in her statement. Chase **** was the topic of this study/our End Client.

Once in the online *********** portion of the study, where a Moderator discusses and questions respondents-**************** claimed she "would never use Chase **** or any other "big" bank for that matter". This statement automatically disqualified ******* from this particular study.

Had **************** stated at the time our recruiter went through the screening process with her for this study,  that she would "never use/consider Chase ****", we would not have chosen her for this ************

Our client agreed to pay **************** $200 for home work completed and time spent. We issued our check #***** for $200 and mailed out to her August 2nd 2024:

I am rejecting this response because: I completed all aspects of the study, was never asked about ***** bank in my intake and as stated I had no idea any experiences with a particular company that changed my opinion of them between being recruited and doing the interview would disqualify me. The agreement I signed also said nothing about that. It did state that I must complete the interview and homework which I did and for that I was supposed to receive $450. They owe me the remaining amount of $250.

    Sincerely,

Have attached documents for further review:

Copy of page from our standard screener from Client, clearly showing what banks were listed "Never consider".

Copy of page from ******* S's screener showing her response when recruiter "screened" her via phone call. ******* S states these options were never discussed.

Copy of our client email stating specifics (highlighted in yellow) on what transpired with *********************; during the virtual interview phase of this study. Adler Weiner issued a check to ******* S for $200 for the work and time spent prior to interview. She has cashed that check on August 23rd, 2024.

Copy of our standard Non Disclosure that all respondents MUST sign for any type of study participation. This is the "contract"  **************** keeps referring to in communications with us and BBB. The date, our Job#, incentive amount, participant/respondent name is always listed per our client agreements. It is a non disclosure agreement, not a contract in any form.

I am rejecting this response because:

At no time was I ever informed during screening that any change in opinion of any company between the screening process and interview would disqualify me. I was also not told that I must notify them of any change in opinion. Given that I had no idea which company I would be asked questions about or which one would disqualify me, I had no idea I could be penalized for that. It is unacceptable then to withhold payment when, to the best of my abilities I completed all known requirements of the study.

    Sincerely,
