Ive paid this company for their services. They changed my address settings on ***** Getting me temporarily suspended . I was ranking locally 1-5 in my area . After they did what was: done I dont even come ** in my area . Im receiving calls from another state . I lost out of the remaining business season due to this. Hurting my business and livelihood. This is wrong . They advertise as being in ********** but I dont see a business license number , which in ********** its mandatory. Its a ****** dollar fine fist offense. This company really hurt my life

    To Whom it may concern,

When **** signed up for local services, he granted us access to his ****** business page. The
page was suspended, **** had his address showing which was a residential address, it goes
against ******s policy. ****** simply suspended his listing because it was not compliant due
to his address showing when he is a service area business. We went through the process of
getting his listing reinstated and were successful in doing so in a matter of days (that is the time
it takes ****** to review the listing etc).

As for the **** getting calls out of state it would be nearly impossible for us to do so. The
****** listing is a local page that usually only shows within ***** miles of his verified city, in
this case **********. In order for the business to be found outside of the ***** miles ******
requires that you start an ad campaign which is expensive and not a service **** signed up for.
As for **** missing his season we explain on the onboarding call (all is recorded) that our
services can take anywhere from ****** days for the business to really start ranking well on
****** as the local service he signed up for is an organic service that takes time. If he was
concerned about having just a few weeks left in season I would think that is something he would
have said no to moving forward with.

We do not advertise as being in **********, our website, ****** listing and directories all
clearly indicate that we are in *******, **.

To conclude, we do not feel a refund is justified. We did the work we said we would do, which is
manage his ****** listing, provide listing distribution to directories for his business. Which is a
service we paid for upfront for the year, so he is still benefiting from the listing distribution.
