      the landscaping company was completing lawn maintenance during the day on 9/18/2024. My Car was backed in parked outside in my designated parking spot and I had just completed detailing that day. That evening I got in my car, I noticed several chips covering my windshield. It had looked as though rocks were blown with a leaf blower all over my windshield which left several chips on the windshield. I have tried to contact the business without hearing back from them.

      Beary Landscaping handles snow removal for Townplace West, which is the community where I live. On January 24, 2024 around 4:45 pm I was driving home. I was turning right on **************** from Knollwood Drive. I observed 3 men in yellow vests doing snow removal with a CAT bulldozer. As I was making my turn, they backed up the bulldozer to give me room to move through, and in doing so a huge ice chunk flew off of the bulldozer bucket right in front of my car hitting and breaking off a large piece of my bumper. As soon as I reached home, I notified the property manger for our community. I sent pictures of the damage along with a detailed description of what occured. I followed up multiple times with the management office was told that they had reached out to Beary and were awaiting a response. On February 6th, i followed up with the management office again and she gave me Beary's number as well as a contact (**********************) so that I could try to reach out to them directly. I called and left a detailed voicemail but did not hear back. On February 8th I called Beary Landscaping again and left another message stating I would contact a lawyer. At that point I received a call back from ******* stating he would check with his workers to see if they remembered the situation. I've not heard back still. Since then, I went to my assoication board meeting for my community, I've gotten an estimate of the car damage totalling $1706.72, and also was advised I would need to get a rental for a couple of days (approx $200), total of $1906.72 which I am seeking reimbursement for. I've also hired a lawyer who wrote a letter to the company which they have also ignored. I can't afford to have a lawyer take this matter to court but am seeking your assistance to get this resolved. This company has ignored all follow up correspondence from myself, the management office and my attorney.
