    The machines are constantly down. There have been times my clothes get locked in the machine, it never runs and I have to fight it to get my unwashed clothes out. When trying to start a cycle, sometimes water never comes out and a load will be 75% dry coming out of the washer (even an extremely small load of laundry). Another time it took my money and never started. This not only wastes my money but product I load into the machine for a wash. I have requested refunds for the times when the machine is faulty/never starts (and there is no out of order sign to warn before using). The refund requests have been deleted by admin as shown in the app. I have spent $470 total in less than a year on laundry and a third of the time my clothes dont even get washed/come out clean. Dryers frequently dont dry clothes or heat up and I have wasted so much money repeating cycles or having to move my clothes because a machine never started. This company is scamming people out of their money and deleting requests for service/refunds to pretend like its not happening. For a building I pay 2k+ dollars to rent in it is absolutely ridiculous that the quality of the machines is so low. The others in the building frequently talk about how ineffective the machines are, yet the pricing keeps increasing. They should be ashamed.

    I am not aware of any refunds beind deleted in the app.   Refunds are paid once they are submitted.

    On August 31st I went to their website and logged into my account and made 2 separate transactions one for $10.00 and the second was for $20. This is to get a code to load a card for their equipment which is at my apartment complex. To use the pay washers and dryers we prepay to load the card then Insert the card to do laundry. September 5th they removed their equipment from the apartment complex and my property manager said to contact them for a refund. They are refusing to issue me a refund stating I need to contact my property manager. I called twice on Friday September 6th and sent an email Monday September 9th which I got a response of no to my refund request. I responded letting them know they cannot legally refuse me a refund since I prepaid for a service they can no longer follow through with providing. I told them I will contact the BBB, ******** and a lawyer if needed. I was then told my email was sent to the manager who has not responded to me. My refund owed is $21.75 which is left of my card. I am not the only tenant in this mess. Another neighbor I spoke to also had $20 on her card left and being told 6lno to a refund request. ************ or ************ were the 2 numbers provided for me to call which I did and was told no. I also asked to talk with the owner and was told their in ******* and I can leave a message which I have zero response for. ********** is starting an investigation for a charge back for me but this is ridiculous not only did we loose our laundry facilities by them removing their equipment early their refusing refunds to all us tenants. There is at least 4 apartment complexs I know of that they removed their equipment and all of us are in the same situation where we have to go to an outside laundry facility where our wash money is tied up not being able to get a refund for. Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional this company dodging our calls, requests, and emails.

    Hello,

    ***** ****** called us to request a refund for her laundry card.   She resides at ********************************************************************* In. 

    The property she lives at cancelled their contract with us on 9/3/24.   We removed our equipment on 9/3/24 as requested.   We will not be paying out refunds on these laundry accounts.  The property was paid out all monies that were collected from their tenants.    Refunds are the responsibility of the property management company once we remove our equipement.

    This business kept taking payments for us tenants to load the laundry Cards knowing the contract was up. Furthermore,  why would they hand over all monies knowing refunds are needed. They could have communicated to us with proper notice they were removing their equipment so we let our funds deplete yet they said nothing and fraudulently accepted payments.
