    I first went to Mavis On **************************** in August 2023 to get new tires and brakes. Since this time i have had trouble with my brake system warning coming on. Soi i took my truck back they said the sensors where on backwards, they fixed. Well the warning has not gone away. BUT They ensure me everything is OK. Dec 2024 i went back to get a new tire as i had a blow out. Took truck in shop got new tire and all rotated and balance, no problem with the tire sensors but guess what NOW my sensors are not working. They want to charge me $120 each for these. This place has changed management at least 4 types in the 1.5 yrs i first stepped into their office. The worst mistake i made. Never use this company

    I used the online portal to create an appointment for two tires. I purposefully selected the two tires I needed so they wouldnt ask me a million questions about my tires. I go in 15 minutes before my appointment for the manager to exclaim that he cannot accept my appointment because he only has 2 technicians, a full bay and a few cars on the lot. He then asks me if I used the online site and made the appointment through the Chinese people. I told him yes I made an appointment online that I chose the 2 tires I needed. I just need 2 new ones in the front and the other 2 push back. Im aware my current front tires are decent and because my back ones are not thats why I wanted my good old ones to replace my bad old ones. He then started calling me hun and belittling anything I said while asking me the same questions about my car; when I explained to him my car details. I also explained again I ordered these tires through the website when I made my appointment. He then goes outside to check my tires. Comes back in and now wants me to buy 3 tires. At this point I stopped explaining anything because of his misogyny. He then tells me that he only has 1 tire in stock, but he could order the 2 more and itll be in store by morning. How? How will 2 tires magically appear by morning when the store closes in 3 hours, and again I only need 2 tires not 3. He kept pushing me to order the 3 after he showed me they only have 1 tire in stock and claimed once again I shouldnt use the website because of the Chinese people. I was getting frustrated with his ignorance and misogyny I told him Ill just call tomorrow and asked if the store number listed on the website is correct, once again he said no and gave me the store card. This is the second time Ive been here and my last. The first time I was here I simply got an oil change but they put the wrong sticker on my windshield, not a big deal. I assumed it was going to be another easy ordeal but apparently not.

    this message is directed towards the ST ******* location go figure they don't have there own BBB page absolutely a joke of service they offer. dropped off my SUV for four new tires with a appointment scheduled for 5:00pm 6/29/23. Took them over 3 hours to swap 4 tires i show up to get my truck 1. missing valve caps on all 4 corners 2. replaced 2 of 4 valve stems 3. wheels are not balanced 4. And my fender is dented clear as day (pickup of vehicle refused until corporate handles this situation) DO NOT USE THIS ******* OF A SHOP between the managers ***** subpar appearance (sloppy very very unprofessional) and the idiot named ***** (complete slob just go see for your self) I don't understand why Mavis continues to hire people like this shop was A LOT better off when it was ran by ******
