I Contacted Barol Doors of ********** 2 weeks ago to put new seals around the garage door. They were out within a day to do the service. Unfortunately upon reviewing the work the tech had done I found damage. I believe, although did not see this happen as I was not home at the time, that the technician when removing the old seals damaged the aluminum trim that goes around the door on the outside of the seal as numerous scratches and dents that matched up with the distance between the nails that were used to hold the seal pieces in place were found. The scratches and dents were found on the left, right and top pieces of aluminum trim. In addition the tech "serviced" the garage door which was not requested. During this service I also believe that the technician over tightened one of the bolts on the garage door pulling the head of it almost completely through the other side. I contacted Barcol Doors 4 times over the next two weeks before someone came out to look at it. The service manager contacted me indicating there was no way his tech could have done any of this. I said that both my wife and I both recall that this damage did not exist prior to his techician coming out and doing the work. I indicated that if this damage had been there previously as he contends that the technician would certainly have seen it as it is very obvious and noted the damage prior to starting his work. The service manager wouldn't listen and kept saying my technician did not do the damage and I don't know how it could have happened. That is where the conversation ended.
