I have numerous issues with this company. First off I had an appointment to open an account three months ago and I was rushed through my appointment and basically kicked out the bank as the banker had more important stuff to do. Come to find out this banker is no longer with them. Idk if it has anything to do with my situation but the issues I faced that day need to be corrected. Secondly I came in providing banker with a promotion offer I seen to get $300 with avg balance of ***** for ****************************************************************************************************************************** my code for opening my account. So I never received my $300 bonus. Third I tried to put in an application for a loan or credit im not even sure what he actually did I told him I was looking to get startup money for my business and told him consecutive times I do not want my personal credit ran where it effects my personal credit and even asked him I believe his response was it wont or he gave the misinterpretation that it wouldnt but they did have to check my personal credit as well. I did not know they were going to run my personal credit so Im extremely upset now they damaged my score and than didnt even give me a loan because I have an old account filed under bankruptcy that shouldve been paid off through bankruptcy yet they are still letting my paid off bankruptcy effect decision on a new loan based off account that should be paid off. When talked to manager she said would look into it but almost a week later and no answers and just a call back telling me they are looking in promo number. Yet I cant understand why an account I paid of through bankruptcy is still showing up on my account as unpaid loan from the which account is affecting me from new business with them and starting business if Id known they would be practicing illegal activities and not honoring promos I wouldve just went to a local credit union and been provided excellent service!
