We dropped off our vehicle on May 30th at Frank's Dent Repair to have hail damaged repaired. After 19 days on June 17th, our vehicle was returned to us with extensive damages that did not previously exist. These damages include broken panels, broken switches, heavily scratched door panels, cut windshield washer hose, missing/broken clips, and improperly installed weather stripping. This shop also attempted to hide some of this damage by glueing things back together so we would not notice. We took interior/exterior pictures of our vehicle just a few minutes before dropping it off so we are able to prove these damages did not exist. This constitutes breach of contract and property damage. At first, owner ***** ******* agreed to compensate for the issues. Almost two months later, we have been provided less than half of the compensation we are owed and ***** ******* has ceased communication. We are demanding the remainder of our compensation in order to repair the broken switch and heavily scratched/scuffed door panel.REMAINING DAMAGED PARTS - Front Passenger Door Panel (Part # *****-33A70-C0) MSRP $1003.16 + 7.25% TAX = $1075.89 - Front Passenger Door Switch Bezel (Part # *****-33070-E1) MSRP $829.80 + 7.25% TAX = $889.96 TOTAL $1965.85
