      Selling bad products for medical marijuana and will not replace. Pretending to be a real medical location. No doctor at all at this location I want a refund from them of 25.00

      **** ********* ****** was banned from both stores due to vulgar treatment to the staff.  Due to the product she refused to follow the policy.  I can not do anything without a product or receipt.

      I still never heard back from ***** ******

      I can't prove anything more then what they have

      My purchase history they have and a picture of the vape pen

      I want my money back

      Stil!!!!!

      So yes they can mail to my address they have on file

      Ill file about the bad products that nature grace keeps selling

      Please send my money back

      I came in as a patient to purchase my medication. I purchased * ******** ***** ****** ** ***** **** *** ** ********  When I got home and tried them the ******* **** worked and the ***** **** did not. I proceeded to contact the dispensary and ask what they could do about it. After a week and 2 days they have informed me they will not do anything about it per the manager named ****.

      We replaced this product despite the fact that the consumer has replaced many units with our store. We have a policy of replacement in place for defective units.
