    I have a 2023 xpress boat I took to macks marina to have some warranty work done on the jackplate for the motor. I tried scheduling an appointment but **** the mechanic said just bring it down and they would work on it. I dropped the boat off on a Saturday and they left it outside for a week and it rained a lot during this week. the boat filled with water. they fixed my warranty work like they were supposed to but charged us a $100 to drain the water out of the boat. when we took the boat out on the lake none of the other electrical equipment worked after that. no livewell pumps, no bilge pumps, on board charger doesn't work. and the list goes on. I have contacted them multiple times to get this stuff fixed. I don't even mind paying for it. they won't let me make an appointment and they won't do anything to help or fix this situation. I keep this boat In a heated garage. it's something I've worked for for many years. I custom ordered it and they left it outside for a weeks uncovered. I just want my boat fixed. everything worked great before except for the pinched wire for the jackplate
