The date of the transaction was 9-1-2-2022. I paid this towing company $250. The towing company committed to towing the car to the ****************** dealership, and they did that.when the towing company was called they would not give us a price for the tow. When the tow truck got there the driver did not speak to me at all. He continued to put training wheels on both sides of the car. The setup took a good five minutes. After he set up the training wheels on the car I asked him how much was the tow. He quoted me $435. The car was going from ******************************** to **** **************** in *******. I told him that I would not pay that amount. I told him to drop my car and I would call another company. He then told me it would cost me $150 for him to release my car. If I did not pay him he would impound my car. I asked him why he did not tell me about the $150 fee before hooking up the training wheels. He said I do not make the prices, and I should have asked before he hooked up the wheels. He said the fee was for him hooking up the wheels.I called the company and was told that I had two choices, get impounded or negotiate a price with the driver. I ended up negotiating a price with the guy on the phone who said I had two choices. We settled on $250. At no point was I told about the $150 fee to hook up training wheels. And Is it legal to be told my car was going to be impounded if I did not pay? I would like to know if a refund of some type is due, and alert the BBB about the practices of this towing company.

On January 20 2021 my car broke down and I called to have it towed from the location where it stopped to a ****** dealership which was less than a mile down the road. When I initially called, the person who answered quoted me a price of $90 for the tow which I agreed to. Once the tow driver arrive he hooked my car up and told me I could pay online. He then left with the car. When I looked at the invoice it said a price of $200. I then called the driver to explain that I was already given a price of $90, the driver told me that the price had gone up and if I didnt pay he was not going to drop my car off but instead call the police to have my car impounded. After going back and forth with him for a while I ended up paying the $200 just so that my car wouldnt get impounded. The next day I called the office to speak to a manager to explain what happened and try to get some money back for the tow. A guy who answered the phone said he would take my message and have the manger call me. No one ever called:

This company agreed to put a new engine in my car with a 2 week turn around and cost $2500. After he got my car he said I needed to pay $3100 down payment because that is the cost of the engine he had found. I paid the $3100 for the down payment even though it was not what he told me. My car was there almost 3 months and no avail. I then had them to tow my car to the Kia ********** because I needed my car and I had to pay them $100 to tow it. The next day I called about my refund and ***** told me that an engine had come in that day and I had to wait until they sent the engine back and get refunded for it and then they would refund me. I asked her how long was that process and she said about one week. So after a week had passed I called ***** back and she said **** had to process the refund and she was waiting on him. So after several calls to ***** and she had no answer, I asked for Marks phone number and she gave it to me. **** kept promising to Zelle me my refund every time I spokj
