This daycare needs to be shut down. The office staff and owners ONLY care about money and not the well being of the children. The first few months thing seemed to go great. We enjoyed all of the teachers our children had. Then things just went down hill. My oldest was constantly getting hurt or I'd get a call to pick him up due to a fever. But of course I pick him up 20 min later and no fever. Kids physically hurt but no incident reports done. They were always understaffed and that was ALWAYS the excuse when things happened. After being informed about an issue with my oldest by a staff member, I went to pick them up. The director/owner chewed me out and ONLY cared about who told me. She didn't care about my child or that I as a parent was upset. Thank God I recorded it to show their dad. The tipping point was with our youngest. At the time he was 2. They moved another staff member into that room for the time being. My 2 year old would ALWAYS throw a fit when I dropped him off with her, yet he didn't throw fits with anyone else. One day I dropped him off, and the teacher pretty much left another child on a carpet because he was upset his mother left. I didn't think much until she told him to basically chill out and calm down. A few short weeks later, this same teacher put her hands on my child. I had dropped him of and started to walk down the hall to exit. I heard him SCREAMING AND CRYING for me and then I heard the teacher **** for him to not open the door. As I stood there a couple doors down, he opens the door then stops in his tracks once he sees me. This teacher reaches out, grabs him by the neck of his shirt, yanks him so hard that she lifted him off his feet. I went to the office and was told he would no longer be in that class room. 2 weeks later he was moved into her class room and I pulled them. They tried to get me to change my mind but never apologized or looked into the issue. Parents need to pull their kids and stay away from this place!
