      My car was totaled in nov. 2021 so I followed the process that I was given to me by my insurance company (American Family Ins.) . Everyone paid what was asked of them but this car dealership. I have been calling ***************** for a few months now without a return phone call. ***************** is responsible for taking care of my balance,but because she either refuse to take my phone calls or won't call me back during all this time my finance company (Exeter) is charging me for the balance which they put on my credit report as delinquent for 90 days which has dropped my credit rating almost 100 points. The phone number that I was given to the dealership is ************, my car information is a 2016 *** shortage and my contract number is #******* my identification number is #*****************, please help me resolve this issue,Thank You

      A check was mailed and overnighted to ******, I am very sorry it took so long but with covid protocols it has taken longer than normal. It usually takes **** weeks for cancellations to process. I can assure you the check was sent. I will follow up once I see your account debited.

      After discussing the matter with an ****** representative,I was informed that the account was paid in full but I am unable to verify that until the end of the month when a new statement comes out
