    I was unethically coerced into falsely starting a car buying process with this company. On April 24th 2024, ********************* of South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of ********, ran my credit unauthorized. My car was towed here for REPAIR SERVICE. I am not even buying a car at this time. They told me that my engine needed to be replaced and tried to convince me to buy a new car at their lot. I declined and expressed that I will be weighing my options. They told me to come by the lot to get an APPRAISAL on my vehicle to see how much I can sell it to them for. During this process of getting the APPRAISAL, *** came and presented me with a paper stating that it was needed for the appraisal to be done on my car. A few moments later I get a notification saying that my credit had been ran for an application process. I immediately told *** that I did not authorize for my credit to be ran and he then said, yes you did you just signed a credit application. I said no you said this was for the appraisal to be done on my car and I do not want my credit to be ran in any way shape or form. He then said that he would reverse it. Today, April 25, 2024 this inquiry hit my credit and they are saying that they will not reverse it. This company are practicing unscrupulous and unethical practices to try to spike their sales. A lawsuit is being filed in this matter. This is detrimental to the livelihood of the community in which it operates.

    I purchased a **** Jeep Compass in April of 2022. Starting 3weeks after my purchase.the check engine light started to come on. I immediately contacted the dealership an was told to bring in the vehicle the following day once there they told me it was bad gas and to run it out and fill up the vehicle with premium gas and once that runs out to go forward a put the normal 87 grade gas back in. Once that was done about two weeks later I drove to ******* ********* and upon stopping for gas on the way as we left out the gas station the car was running **** and the check engine light appears again so I took the advice of bad **** scenario that the dealership told me the first time. Upon getting to my destination I ran the gas out and filled up with premium. After that issue the car drove okay. Then in October and November the car started cutting off in the middle of traffic which could have cost me my life once again the car was taken to the dealership the 1st time they had my car for over a week and the second time for one day and they stated they reset everything and the car was running perfect. On today on my was home from work the car cut off 3 times I called the dealership and was told to bring in once again on tomorrow but they have no loaner car to give me. This car appears to have a real issue and the BBB will be contacted and the loan company. I cant afford a car note and to be off work for 4 days like I did when this happened and the dealership had the car for over a week. Either I need to be given a new car or something needs to be done ASAP. This is not right or fare that I pay my car note but I have a vehicle that is not good at all. This falls under the lemon law and this issue needs to be resolved soon. I should not have to look for a ride to work or take public transportation seeing that I pay a car note but the car is not reliable.
