If I could give it 0 stars, I would! I went here recently and was treated very rudely. The waitress kept saying snappy comments to me for no reason. After several shockingly rude interactions, I overheard the waitress speaking to another guest in my party instructing her on how we were supposed to clean up the decorations for the party. I asked if she could share the instructions with ******** snapped her neck around and told me, "1st of all, I was not talking to you, I was talking to her." In that moment, I had to leave. She had already snapped at me unprovoked several times. When I asked if we could have forks for the cake being cut I was told with an attitude, "Yall gone have to wait, and I don't even know if I have enough forks for everybody." I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for the server to bring a fork. Finally, another guest found a few forks and brought them to us. It was a shameful experience. What was even more shocking was when I called in to voice my concern. The manager **** was very verbally abusive and rude as well. I was telling her of my experience. I said, "As a black woman..." And she said, "Let me stop you right there. We are not going to talk about race. Because you don't know who you are talking to. ******* (the server) is black. If she was white, you would say she was racist." I went on to further explain I was not doing that, & she had no right to cut me off, talk over me, and **** at the top of her lungs at me. I asked her to stop several times, but she did not. She kept talking over me & yelling at me about race. She then told me that in order to continue the conversation, I could not talk about race at all. She forbid me to reference race at all. In fact, she yelled into the phone receiver very loudly, "I DON'T RUN A RACE BUSINESS, I RUN A RESTAURANT!" She then hung up in my face. This restaurant has a long culture of ***************** abuse there towards their customers. The *************************** reviews say so. Sad!
