THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE UNSATISFACTORY OF FOOD ORDERED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I SPOKE **** OWNER **** ON MANY OCCASIONS REGARD THE REFUND OF MY MONEY.NO SATISFACTION. THIS TRANSACTION TOOK PLACE ON FEBRUARY 21, 2023 IN THE AMOUNT OF $54.55.EVERY TIME I SPOKE WITH **** SHE WOULD TELL ME IS WORKING ON IT.YOUR HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.I AM A 83 YEAR OLD SENIOR AND MY MAIN INCOME IS SOCIAL SECURITY.ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP ME WOULD BE APPREICATED. Card -$54.85
This is the transaction for the purchase. which owner stated she would refund the money. I have had several conversations with ****, owner of restaurant, and she continually assured me she would take care of this ASAP.
The food was ordered delivered through DoorDash. As of today, refund has not been received.
If you need another form of "receipt" please let me know.
