I started noticing a recurring $29 charge on my card from mygolfingstore.com--- I did buy some golf shoes for $70 a couple months ago but was never notified about a monthly fee. I read some of the other complaints and it sounded very familiar. I would of course like to stop these monthly charges and get my money back if I could and maybe stop this company from doing such shady dealings? ThanksBusiness response

We do not sell golf shoes at our company but do sell rangefinders and other golf equipment. If you did purchase one of our rangefinders, we do state on both our sales and checkout pages everything that is included. One being our MGS ************* which gives you instant access to our ****************** free shipping on all future items and rangefinder benefits that warranty does not cover. We do state how and where to cancel before any billing takes please. If you could please give us a call at ************ we would be happy to resolve this issue for you.

I purchased a golf rangefinderand paid for it with PayPal.This was a month ago.Today I find a a charge for $29 called a ************ fee which I would never have knowingly agreed to being charged to my PayPal account. A complaint can to PayPal can only be filed after six months.Business response

I purchased a range finder from this company on 2/27/24. Since that time I have an unauthorized charge of $29 on my credit card account monthly for a total of $87. I did not elect for any membership and did not agree to any recurring monthly fee.Business response

On December 20, 2023, I purchased a powerband for $9,95 from My Golfings. Each month thereafter, I was charged $49.95. I never knowingly signed up for any type of additional service and I assumed the transaction was complete with the initial purchase. I have since spoken with the company and they state only two months of charges can be refunded. I searched for the receipt from the original purchase and there was no mention of a continuing subscription. This deceptive practice has now cost me over $300 and my desired resolution is to have the additional four months of excess charges refunded.Business response

On 12/20/23 you purchased one of our promotional offers which did come with a free trial to our ****************** We do state on our sales and checkout pages everything that is included, while also sending username and login credentials to your email after the order is processed. It does look like on 6/4/24 you spoke with a customer service representative who issued three refunds. We have since refunded the remaining two charges. On November 30 2023 I made a purchase for a Christmas present for $127.92 which I paid for and received. However on Dec 13, 2023 there was a recurring payment for $29 and that same payment has been taken from my account monthly since. I have absolutely no idea what this is for. In looking at other complaints I see that the same thing has happened to other customers. My desired resolution is to have this stopped and have my $87 already fraudulently taken refunded immediately.Business response

We did also send you an email on 12/7/23 stating that there were 6 days left of your trial, what comes with that and how to cancel if the benefits were not for you. This business has charged a recurring fee on my card since March 2023. I did not authorize this. I cannot get them to stop and plan on legal action if they do not stop and refund all the charges of $49.95. They have charged $49.95 for 11 months.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I will not accept until I see the refund. All I have is their email saying they will. Because of their actions, I had to close that particular card. Im not sure how they plan to provide refund. USAA should be contacted by the company for refund instructions.

We did refund you right away when a follow up happened with the card that was used initially and you received that refund email confirmation. Cancelling your card is not due to anything we have done as we have many current golfers using our platform. We are happy to assist further but have done everything on our end in terms of communication and issuing refunds.

On 4/5/2023, I purchase a golf mat that was on sale for less than $100. I paid in full for the mat and received it. Unbeknownst to me there was hidden language I didn't read or approve about a monthly membership or subscription. I only approved to the purchase for the golf mat. However, by approving the purchase of mat they attached a subscription to my purchase for ***** a month which has been charging to my account since 4/2023 almost $490. This is out right fraud with hidden upselling or bait switch type stuff. I have contact my bank to file fraud complaint and blocked future charges. This dishonest online selling and needs to be reviewed and looked at. I notice 20 other complaints have been filed on this company.Business response

We did send username and login information for you to access this right away with guidelines on how to cancel if this was not for you. We do also state on both our sales and checkout pages everything that is included, with an agree to terms and conditions check **** that needs to be clicked. We did already offer three months refund back on 1/23 after speaking with you. We have since gone in and refunded another month for $49.95 to help resolve this further. I do not recall authorizing that I be billed ***** for the private members academy membership. We see you purchased our promotional Speed Trap on 11/15/2023. We do state on both our sales and checkout page everything that is included, one being a free 14 day trial to our online membership academy where we provide golf training video lessons with our PGA golf professionals. After the 14 day trial, if not ended we do send an email confirmation each time a billing cycle goes through, which was sent on 11/29 and 12/29. We have since gone in and refunded $49.95 as we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
