We do state on both our sales page and checkout page everything that is included, one of which giving you 14 free days access to our ***************** We did email both username and password information once the order was completed. We have since gone in and canceled that for you, but do state that this can be canceled either before the trail begins while our customer service number provided, or at any time while using our online academy.       In April 2023 I purchased a "Free" swing mat which cost $14.95 shipping and handling. I check no to every other promotion that came up. This company proceeded to bill my Amex card $49.95 per month for the *** Academy/Training? No idea what they are billing me for, but they claim it was somewhere listed in the promotion and that I received and email with a login saying I had 14 days to cancel this so called option. I have no knowledge of this email, nor did I have any prior knowledge of getting auto enrolled in a $49.95 training school. To date I have never logged in, nor can I find this email with my so called login credentials. Nothing about this process would be considered ethical business practice.

      We see on 4/13/23 you purchased our Golf Training Mat promotion which also comes with a 14 day free trial for access to our ********************** We do state on all of our sales pages, as well as checkout pages what is included, that being one of them. Username and Password information are sent via email and we recommend checking a spam folder if that was not directly in your inbox. We do state how and where to cancel our products without any billing taking place. Based on our customer service history we did issue a month refund before the call was ended on your behalf. We have since gone in and refunded two more months to help better this situation. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

      Ordered a **** putting item and was fraudulently charged 4**** 14 days later. I never signed up for a membership or consented to being charged again. This company should clearly be shut down after doing this to several people without question.

      This is a recurring MONTHLY charge of $49.95 paid to My Golfing Store that I did not authorize, nor do I know what it is for. I just spotted it after months of charges of $49.95. What to stop payment and get all payments refunded.

We have not received a call or email in regard to any cancelation. We have since gone in and canceled that, while issuing three months of reunds which will transfer within 3-6 days.       On November 26, 2023 I responded to an add for a free 'swing tool' plus shipping $9.95, As the order was processed, I was asked to say no to many other offers to get to the end. I thought I had clicked 'No' on all the optional items. Apparently not as I have received the first of many monthly charges of $49.95 for Private Members Academy1$49.95 order #***E6D2AD5. We do state on our sales page, checkout and receipt what is included while providing a terms and conditions check box. We do state that this promotion comes with a ***************************************************************************************************** house PGA pros as well as online coaching via swing uploads and analysis. We do state that you can chancel within the 14 days if the academy is not fit for you and you will not be charged. We have not received a call or email in regard to canceling or refunding which we are happy to assist with. Our customer service number is listed on our emails, website and sales pages. Feel free to give us a call at ************ in regard to a refund. We have gone in and cancelled your membership as of now so there will be no future charges.

      I am recently looking at buying a house and while going through Financials, I discovered a recurring withdrawal from my debit account for the amount of $49.95... I did not sign up for anything. Tried to go to their website to discuss further and there is no place for any cancelation of anything, no plane to look up orders porches, and also when trying to email them directly it keeps coming back with an error message... This withdrawal has been going on for at least 6 months after going back through my checking account!!! Beware of this company!!!

      Purchased an Eagle Eye Elite rangefinder on 08.05.2023 for ******. The box and product description say it is water resistant, especially being used solely for an outdoor game that is played in all weather. I was playing golf yesterday when it started to drizzle (very light drizzle) and the range finder was attached to the side of the cart (it is advertised to have a magnet so it will stick to the cart post). I immediately pulled the item off the cart, wiped the water off, put it in my lap and covered it with a towel. I waited for it to stop raining and went to use it and there was water in the eye piece. I couldnt get the water out after attempting to turn it upside down so the water could leave the eye piece, **** the water out, put it in rice, etc. I wrote to the company and they recommended me to You can try setting the rangefinder in front of a heater for a few days to see if it dries out, or even try using a blow dryer in warm heat! Unfortunately, if this does not fix it, you will need to purchase a new one. Im sorry but that is an unacceptable answer for a company that makes a water resistant outdoor product that cannot even get a little wet. The customer service was also unacceptable. As you can see in their definition of water resistant, this device would still fail since it was penetrated and extremely susceptible to water even under an extremely limited exposure. They are showing extreme unwillingness to right this flawed product including, but not limited to, offering a replacement product and/or offering a refund for the flawed product. Perhaps this is a one off where this product was manufactured poorly and others are better. But I wouldnt know since they are unwilling to send me a replacement.

The product is advertised as water resistant, and it is ultimately the responsibility of the user to protect the device from the elements. While we understand that golf is a sport that is played in many weather conditions, the product's capability will be impacted by the elements and is still susceptible to damage.       I ordered a $10 item in October of 2022 and the company automatically signed me up for a subscription for I don't know what and has been charging my credit card $49.95 every month since. I never agreed to a subscription nor have I ever signed in or had something sent in the mail that would have notified me of a subscription. I have contacted the company. They have agreed to refund 2 months. They have billed me 10 times. I would like to get all ten months back. When I complained, the representative asked the manager. The manager agreed to refunding three months only. This is not acceptable. The company can't just sign people up for subscriptions with out the customer knowing. This $10 item has ended up costing me a lot of money. I would appreciate any help that you could give me.

      I purchased a training aid on their site. Thru the checkout process, they offer additional services for a fee. I declined all the offers and completed my checkout. Two weeks later I see a charge for $49.95 on my card. The description on my card is a membership fee. I call them to let them know I did not authorize this. The person I spoke with says he will cancel the subscription, and process my refund. I had to send an additional email to get some type of confirmation that my subscription had been canceled. In the confirmation email there us no mention if a refund for an authorized charge. I will be following up to see how I can file a complaint with the state of **.

The log-in details for access to the exclusive PGA taught video lessons were sent as well. I have included a screenshot of the offer for your reference. 
      I see your outreach via phone to our team on 7/21/23 and your membership was canceled as requested. I see a confirmation email from our team regarding cancellation was sent to you on 7/22/23 and your email with request for a refund was received on 7/25/23. I see the refund was issued for the first month of membership ($49.95), per your request, and in accordance with our 60-day money back guarantee, on 7/26/23 and in that email, a confirmation with the information on when to expect the funds.
