    Unorganized, extremely poor customer service, bad communications, and constant issues throughout the entire process. When taking my initial deposit monies, there were no issues. If I wasn't checking on the building process on a weekly basis, I'd have a different house built along with numerous problems with their work! It was framed out incorrectly at the start, room dimensions were not set properly, and numerous specific build requests were mishandled or forgotten. ***********'s poor work practices were even noted by several contractors employed by the company who noted they weren't getting paid at all or on time. Due to limited text entry, I can't list all the specific issues here. The owner's wife went as far as to belittle us over our concerns and name-calling. When conversations over the countless problems were had, things were downplayed, and statements were made of "we've been doing this for over 30 years. These things always happen when building a house." *********** uses big company bulldog tactics forcing matters knowing it creates financial and legal challenges for the common middle-income families. Their tactics played all the way to the end during closing creating delays. PLEASE don't use their services as they have done these atrocious practices with other families as well creating hardships. I wish we never used their services and now are in the recovery stages from all their poor work and practices. They sell their services at the beginning appearing to be a quality custom builder hiding behind their corporate politics, bulldog tactics, and poor customer service. Run while you can!
