Disgusting and full of roaches, dirty hallways, never any parking available, rude staff, Always closing the officer for weeks on end. Nothing ever gets fixed on time. Ive stopped a few people from renting here and Im proud of it. Whenever you report something you get blamed for it. Lived here for 2 years and 5 month after moving in it was nothing but cockroaches every single day. I was scared to have guest over. And Ive also had to throw a lot of food away due to cockroaches being in them. Made a compliant to the manager ***** of how bad the ***** situation is. Mind you I am not a nasty person my apartment was always clean. My child had a small cockroach crawl down his ears And that was my breaking point I then sent threatening emails that I will call the city. After multiple emails filled with threats pest control came every Wednesday for a month.. very inconvenient especially after ***** told me that not every apartment gets sprayed on the same day . Thats the problem they roaches will just move from one apartment to the next. I had to start spraying home defense every night before I go to sleep. The hallways are disgusting and the folks in the office are disrespectful and rude. Remember its my rent thats giving you that paycheck every month. The amount of inconvenience this place as cost me and my child. Now that Im moving I have to pay a breaking a lease fee . Cool. Lady in the office asked if I cleaned the carpet I did however why would you not change the carpeting knowing how bad the roaches situation was ?! I had to get rid of every furniture I had due to being scared of bringing those in my home. Once I get my final **** I will be contacting corporate office to dispute anything I do not agree with due to my pain and suffer and how much food cost and pest spray this place as cost me out of pocket. Stay away from this place they do not care about the complex or the residents!!! You can find better.
