This is not a good rental company if you are looking for a landlord that has respect for tenants or one who actually can resolve problems. JC is not the man for the job. He has a hair trigger temper he steals and he lies, not a very honest man at all. You will not get your security deposit back no matter how *********** it you are. His properties are not well kept barely holding on actually, also he loves to increase the rent while he wont clean the carpet or put new windows in, but he will surely raise the rent and then will not even send you the proper notice that he is doing so. A scammy fraud company Milltown Realty.
